Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Terms of refund

Full refund available if cancellation is made 60 days or more before the scheduled departure date.
50% refund available if cancellation is made 30-59 days before the scheduled departure date.
No refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the client.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for booking.
Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
